Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026 · Operated by Barako Technologies Inc.

This Privacy Policy explains how Barako Technologies Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Burger Tower mobile game and related browser version (the “App”). In short: there is no account and we collect no personal data ourselves; your gameplay is stored on your device; and the App shows banner ads through Google AdMob, which uses an advertising identifier to serve and measure those ads.

1. Summary

Burger Tower is a casual, one-tap stacking game. There is no account and no sign-up, and we do not ask for your name, email, or other personal identifiers. The only data leaving your device relates to advertising served by Google AdMob (see Section 4). We do not run our own analytics.

2. We collect no personal information ourselves

You can play without creating an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, or photos. Your high score, ranks, coins, unlocked ingredients, and the calorie tally are calculated and saved locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

3. Game data stays on your device

Game progress is stored using your device’s standard app storage. It never leaves your device except as part of the advertising described below, and the core game works offline.

4. Advertising — Google AdMob

The App displays banner advertising through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may access an advertising identifier (Apple’s IDFA on iOS or the Android Advertising ID) along with limited device and ad-interaction data. We request non-personalized ads by default; depending on your device settings and consent, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

We do not receive or store this advertising data ourselves — it is processed by Google under its own terms. You can learn more about how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. See Section 9 for your opt-out choices.

5. Sharing your score

If you choose to share a score image, the App uses your device’s built-in share sheet. The image is created on your device and sent only to the app or contact you select. We do not receive a copy.

6. Third-party processors

The only third-party processor that receives data from the App is Google AdMob (advertising delivery and measurement), which processes data under its own privacy policy. Separately, the Apple App Store and Google Play handle the App’s download and any optional, OS-level crash reporting you choose to enable, under their own policies. We use no other analytics or data-collection providers.

7. Permissions

The App requests no sensitive permissions. It does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library to play.

8. Audience — general audiences, not children under 13

The App is directed at general audiences and is not intended for children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us at hello@barako.tech and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your choices and controls

  • Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT): on iOS you can allow or deny tracking when prompted, and change it any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
  • Ad personalization (Android): reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in Settings › Privacy › Ads.
  • Limit ad tracking: denying the advertising identifier results in non-personalized ads rather than no ads.

10. Data retention

Game data stored on your device is retained only while the App is installed; deleting the App removes it, and we hold no copy on any server. Advertising data handled by Google AdMob is retained by Google under its own retention policies.

11. International data transfers

We do not transfer your data internationally ourselves. Google AdMob may process advertising data in countries other than where you live, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards described in Google’s policies.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures appropriate to the very limited data involved. Data on your device is protected by your device’s own security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data? Contact Barako Technologies Inc. at hello@barako.tech.
